  • Coordinate property maintenance and unit inspections
  • Collect rent and maintain operational records
  • Address resident concerns and lease-related issues
  • Collaborate with supportive services staff to promote housing stability

Who we are looking for:

This role is a strong fit for someone who-

  • Has 2+ years of property management experience
  • Understands affordable housing or multifamily housing operations
  • Can manage compliance while building positive resident relationships
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Communicates effectively and handles difficult situations professionally

Preferred:

  • HUD and/or LIHTC experience
  • CAM, CPM, or similar certification
  • Supportive housing or human services experience

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to maintain auto liability insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability
  • Generous PTO and sick leave
  • 8 paid holidays plus up to 5 floating holidays
  • 403(b) retirement plan
  • PSLF-eligible employer
  • Ongoing training and professional development
