Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, heating and A/C repairs, lock changes, and minor electrical repairsEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenancePerform turnaround maintenanceMowing in summer and shoveling/salting in winter as neededAdditional responsibilities as directed

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

3-4 years of previous maintenance experience requiredFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work well as a teamMust pass background check
