With a base salary of $60,000 plus monthly bonuses, top performers have the potential to earn $65,000 or more per year. **What You'll Be Doing**
- Run your own daily route — managing sales, collecting cores, and keeping customer battery inventory dialed in
- Build strong relationships with customers and make sure every stop exceeds their expectations
- Keep your truck inventory accurate and organized
- Start by riding with an experienced driver to learn the ropes, then graduate to running your own route
- Load out of our CottleVille location at least twice a week (4638 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, Cottleville MO 63376)

**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of route driving experience
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to go above and beyond
- Physically capable of heavy lifting — this is an active, on-the-move role
- Reliable, organized, and ready to take ownership of your route

**What You'll Earn**
- Base pay: $60,000/year
- Monthly performance bonuses — top earners clear $65,000+
