What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Rental Supervisor, you’ll work alongside our Property Manager and Assistant Rental Manager to help oversee daily rental office operations, support our team, and ensure our guests and property owners receive the exceptional service Ocean Lakes is known for!

• Lead the Way! Help supervise and support our rental office team while keeping daily operations on track.
• Make Guests Feel at Home! Assist guests and property owners with questions, concerns, and those little details that make a big difference.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly! Help coordinate daily arrivals, housekeeping schedules, and rental operations.
• Be the Go-To Problem Solver! Coordinate with maintenance teams to help resolve rental property needs quickly and efficiently.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! Collaborate with departments and outside service providers to keep everything moving seamlessly.
• Deliver the Ocean Lakes Experience! Lead by example with friendly service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
