Objectives

• The ideal candidate for this role performs the daily duties on the principle of the SFS corporate model and values and actively supports and represents the SFS Group USA brand by being an integral component to our clip assembly process, ensuring that quality, productivity, aid safety is maintained.

Principal duties

• Setup, operation, and loading of machinery
• Perform hand assembly of metal components
• Adjusting hand assembly fixtures
• Inspection of hand assembly parts and process
• Adjustment of glue, location, and diameter
• Performs material handling tasks
• Follows applicable work instructions and safety guidelines
• Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems
• Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal candidate

• High School Diploma Required
• 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for extended period of times
