Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender / Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a flair for crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender / Mixologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience through your creativity and expertise in mixology.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their preferences and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate beverage pairings with menu items.
• Utilize POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and trends to create innovative drink offerings.
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or special occasions as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is essential, with a focus on catering or fine dining preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is required to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• A passion for mixology and an eagerness to learn about new trends in beverages.
