Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients throughout Suffolk County, NY.

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate, personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care and grooming
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients maintain their daily routines and independence

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest X-ray within the last 5 years, if applicable)
• MMR immunization documentation (within the last 10 years)
• Driver's license preferred, but not required
