Affirmed Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Suffolk County.

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate, personalized care that allows clients to remain safely and comfortably at home. Duties may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and daily activities

• Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• At least one year of HHA experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Current physical examination
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest X-ray if applicable)
• MMR immunization documentation
• Reliable transportation is a plus
