Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative II serves as a key member of our office team, providing primary support to the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager while helping ensure efficient daily office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting fellow employees.
What You'll Do
Front Office Support
- Answer a multi-line phone system, route calls, and assist customers with orders.
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit/debit card transactions.
- Greet visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with opening and closing office procedures.
- Assist with running company errands.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Help maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and services.
- Recommend improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operation support to the management team and co-workers.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with equipment coordination.
- Support payroll, human resources, retail operations and other administrative functions.
- Perform data entry, document management, filing, proofreading, research, and correspondence.
- Assist with company events, special projects, and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Help support seasonal business demands and changing priorities.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced office and retail environment.
- Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and employees.
- Required overtime, Saturdays, and additional hours during peak seasonal periods.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- As needed: Saturdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime hours required during peak seasonal periods
Compensation
· $30 to $32/hr DOE

We're looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Has 3–5 years of office administration and customer service experience.
- Is a quick thinker with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Can prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
- Possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Has outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including clear handwriting and excellent spelling and grammar.
- Demonstrated experience accurately handling cash and processing customer payments is required.
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Adapts well to changing priorities and seasonal workloads.
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- General office equipment
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
