Location: Irvine, CA 92618
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm in the office (not remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office and administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is interested in building office, administrative, and business support experience in a professional work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good judgment, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent follow-up. This person should be organized, respectful, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting a variety of office tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and general office support.
- Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, mail, and office communications as needed.
- Assist with office supplies, filing, scheduling, meeting preparation, and document organization.
- Support office events, special projects, follow-up items, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply.
- Prior office, internship, customer service, reception, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and general office equipment.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
