Job Description

Due to remarkable growth, Johnson Subaru of Cary has the exciting opportunity to expand our team with the addition of a Full-Time Valet. To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests!

Summary:

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location;
Controls sales traffic flow and parking;
Determines if customers coming in for service or sales;
Obtain proper paperwork for customer and escorts them to the waiting area;
Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.;
Drives customers to their desired destination and picks them up after their vehicle repairs are complete;
Uses good judgment and safe driving skills;
Assists passengers getting in and out of their vehicles;
Helps to keep the coffee bar area clean and replenished;
Availability must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
· Ability to drive manual transmission;
· Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
· Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;
· Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;
· Positive attitude, outgoing personality a must and a friendly demeanor;
· Have excellent Customer Service skills;
· Must have flexible schedule, including weekends;
. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, continuous physical exertion for intermittent periods including walking and/or standing for long periods of time, vision abilities including close/distance, hearing abilities to safely hear and react to machinery, other vehicles etc.
* Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check and we E-Verify.
