Join Our Team as a Mailroom Coordinator!

Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented? We’re looking for a Mailroom Coordinator to keep our mailroom operations running smoothly and ensure mail, packages, and important correspondence are processed accurately and securely for our employees and individuals served!

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, distribute, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing mail and publications
• Pick up mail daily from the local post office
• Receive, inventory, log, and securely store mail and packages for individuals served
• Maintain accurate logs of legal and special mail
• Distribute legal mail to individuals served and obtain required signatures
• Operate postage meters, computers, copiers, and other mailroom equipment
• Follow U.S. postal procedures along with company, client, and site policies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential and sensitive correspondence is handled appropriately

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience:
• 1+ year of experience in a mailroom, warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or similar environment (preferred).
• Working knowledge of U.S. postal procedures (preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license with a verifiable favorable driving record (required).
