Working closely with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders, you will lead a cross-functional squad toward meaningful product improvements.
Your work will focus on understanding real user needs, simplifying complex workflows, and creating intuitive, scalable experiences.
You will bring structure to ambiguity, make data-informed decisions, and identify opportunities to increase automation and efficiency.
The role offers significant autonomy and visibility, with the opportunity to shape product direction while collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
It is an ideal environment for a technically strong, curious product leader who thrives on ownership, innovation, and solving meaningful problems.

Accountabilities:
  • Own a core product area, defining and continuously improving a seamless, intuitive, and efficient experience for its users.
  • Develop and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with broader business and platform objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional product squad, coordinating Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders around priorities and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation, particularly through automation, intelligent systems, and workflow improvements.
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and expected measurable impact.
  • Transform ambiguous or complex challenges into clearly defined problems, actionable plans, and scalable product solutions.
  • Optimize key user workflows to reduce friction and improve efficiency across the product experience.
  • Conduct user research, analyze behavioral and product data, and engage directly with customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to guide technical execution and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and high quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build alignment, communicate decisions, and secure support for major product initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years owning full product lifecycles from product vision and strategy through optimization.
  • Experience with AI, SaaS, legal technology, or similarly complex technology products is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand the capabilities and limitations of AI/ML technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams or product squads through complex, high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and direction to ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent product judgment and UX intuition, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and efficient user experiences.
  • Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and align diverse audiences around a shared vision.
  • A highly autonomous, strategic, and curious mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new industries, technologies, and customer workflows.
  • A hospitality-oriented approach to collaboration, demonstrating empathy, composure, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent experiences.
  • Bonus experience with tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Looker, Zendesk, HubSpot, or comparable product, analytics, design, and customer-support platforms.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplace businesses or startup environments is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of $175,000–$210,000.
  • Employer-sponsored health, vision, and dental benefits, including coverage options for employees and dependents.
  • Wellness and mental health benefits that can be shared across employees and their families.
  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Equity options, providing employees with an opportunity to share in long-term success.
  • Access to a 401(k) retirement plan through Guideline.
  • Home office equipment/setup to support effective remote work.
  • Monthly stipend to help offset internet and phone expenses.
  • Remote-first, multi-time-zone working environment with an emphasis on asynchronous collaboration and flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative technology and solve complex problems in a rapidly evolving industry.
