The environment is highly collaborative, with strong exposure to modern SaaS ecosystems and enterprise security architecture. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence how employees securely access and use critical systems every day.
You will be responsible for securing, administering, and evolving core IT systems and security platforms while ensuring operational stability and compliance across the organization.
- Own the configuration and administration of identity and collaboration platforms such as SSO, access management, and corporate SaaS tools
- Manage endpoint security operations, including deployment and maintenance of MDM, EDR, and DLP solutions
- Support IT security operations, including user support, monitoring alerts, and incident triage during security events
- Lead or contribute to security tooling rollouts and improvement initiatives across devices, applications, and data protection systems
- Partner with security teams on SOC2 compliance, audits, and policy development for endpoint and application security
- Audit and manage access controls, enforce least-privilege principles, and automate access reviews where possible
- Build documentation, dashboards, and system visibility tools to improve transparency and operational efficiency
You bring strong hands-on experience in IT systems administration and security engineering, with a focus on endpoint protection, identity management, and compliance-driven environments.
- 5+ years supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- 3+ years of experience with endpoint security tools (e.g., EDR/AV platforms such as CrowdStrike or SentinelOne)
- 3+ years of experience with SSO and identity providers (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, SAML-based systems)
- 3+ years of experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)
- Experience implementing and managing DLP controls across SaaS platforms and collaboration tools
- Proven experience supporting SOC2 audits and working with compliance frameworks such as Drata or similar
- Strong understanding of workstation security fundamentals (encryption, firewalling, password policies, etc.)
- Experience in incident response, change management, and cross-functional IT/security collaboration
- Strong documentation skills, structured thinking, and ability to operate across both IT and security teams
- Bonus: automation/scripting experience, API integration work, or workflow tooling (e.g., Okta Workflows, Workato)
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, AI-driven technology environment
- Exposure to modern enterprise security, identity, and SaaS ecosystems
- High-impact role with ownership over critical IT security platforms and decisions
- Collaborative, cross-functional work with IT and Security teams
- Equal opportunity employer committed to fair and inclusive hiring practices
- Structured interview process designed to be transparent, efficient, and candidate-friendly
