About the Role:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within residential or commercial settings. This position ensures that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of occupants or guests. The Housekeeper will manage various cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Ultimately, the Housekeeper supports the smooth operation of the facility by creating a clean, safe, and pleasant atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and understand English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead and floor care.
• Basic literacy skills to read and write instructions and complete simple documentation.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform simple computations related to cleaning supplies and inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
