Lead the future of talent at DHL Supply Chain
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a strategic and innovative Director of College Recruiting to lead and evolve our early talent programs across North America. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape how we attract, hire, and develop the next generation of talent.
You'll partner with business leaders, universities, and internal teams to build a best-in-class college recruiting strategy that drives results—from campus engagement to full-time conversion and long-term retention.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead the end-to-end college recruiting strategy, including internships and full-time early career hiring
- Build strong partnerships with universities, faculty, and campus organizations to enhance our brand and talent pipelines
- Collaborate with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs and priorities
- Drive innovative approaches to candidate attraction, engagement, and selection
- Lead initiatives that improve intern conversion and early career retention
- Develop and track key metrics, using data to identify gaps and improve outcomes
- Deliver executive-level reporting on program performance and progress
- Advance inclusive recruiting strategies and expand access to underrepresented talent
- Partner with internal teams to design impactful onboarding and development experiences
- Lead and develop a team of college recruiting professionals

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, required
- 8+ years of professional experience, including:
- 6+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition (college recruiting preferred)
- 3+ years leading programs or complex projects across teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Experience building relationships with universities and external partners
- Expertise in inclusive hiring practices and early talent development
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
