Job Description
The Assistant Office Manager supports the daily operations of Fairmount Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine by providing administrative, supervisory, and operational assistance to ensure efficient patient care and staff workflow. This role works closely with the Office Manager, physicians, and clinical staff to maintain a high standard of service, operational excellence, and patient satisfaction.
This position may provide oversight to front desk, scheduling, billing, or support staff as directed by the Office Manager. The Assistant Office Manager serves as a backup supervisor in the absence of the Office Manager.
