Job Summary
The Nightclub Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within nightclub premises at Tact Tech Security Solutions. This role enforces venue policies, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and handles incidents professionally and efficiently. The primary objective is to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, vigilant professional who demonstrates sound judgment, remains calm under pressure, and consistently upholds the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in a dynamic security environment.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Safety Operations

• Monitor and patrol the nightclub premises to prevent disturbances, unauthorized access, or unsafe behavior.

• Enforce venue policies and regulations while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or confrontations.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Customer Service & Client Relations

• Provide courteous and professional interactions with patrons, staff, and management.

• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals on the premises.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, security breaches, or unusual activity.

• Maintain documentation according to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A valid Security Guard D license.

• A valid Florida driver’s license.

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nightclub operations.

• Must pass background checks and drug screening as required by law and company policy.

• Ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations professionally and tactfully.

Preferred

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.

• Certification in First Aid, CPR, or other relevant safety training.

• Physical fitness with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
