SECURITY GUARD

Part Time, Evenings

Job Description:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.
• Monitors and controls all traffic that comes onto the property.
• Verification of any visitors, vendors, family members, residents, etc. entry onto campus.
• Responds to community residents in the event of an emergency.
• Ensures that the community property is monitored and secured.
• Working efficiently and effectively as the job requires varied tasks.
• Enter work orders as needed in TELS
• Clears entry paths from storm debris as needed.
• Deliver Newspapers to resident doors throughout the building.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must work independently with little direct oversight.
• Must be able to respond professionally and confidently in the event of an emergency.
• Must have computer and critical thinking skills.
