You’ll design and deliver scalable solutions that directly support strategic partners in a fast-moving mobile technology ecosystem.

You’ll work in a collaborative, remote-first environment that values technical excellence, curiosity, empathy, and continuous improvement.
Your work will have a visible impact on partner success while helping evolve large-scale advertising technology.

Accountabilities:
  • Build deep technical expertise across the platform and use that knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions for strategic partners.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable solutions that address partner needs and business objectives.
  • Own the full technical lifecycle of partner integrations, from initial discovery and onboarding through launch, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product, and partner-facing teams to ensure smooth implementation and consistent partner experiences.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while identifying opportunities to automate recurring solutions and prevent future problems.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from partners to improve existing tools, products, workflows, and integration experiences.
  • Apply strong engineering practices, including thoughtful system design, risk-based testing, code reviews, and maintainable implementation.
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders by combining technical expertise with strong customer empathy and clear communication.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant software engineering or technical experience; experience in advertising technology or a related industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to break complex problems into practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers, partners, or other external stakeholders, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, solving challenging problems, and improving existing systems.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and available for full-time remote employment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of CAD $135,000–$160,000, depending on location, experience, and role level.
  • Equity opportunities as part of the overall compensation package.
  • Health, vision, and dental benefits aligned with the employee’s country of residence.
  • Fully remote work within Canada.
  • Flexible work options designed to support different lifestyles and working preferences.
  • Opportunities to participate in project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide gatherings, with an expectation of attending in-person team events at least quarterly.
  • A collaborative, innovative environment with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact.
  • Work on high-impact projects within the rapidly evolving mobile advertising and technology ecosystem.
  • A culture focused on collaboration, innovation, diversity, inclusion, and employee development.
