Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | ON Call Nurse

What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
- Perform assessments and build individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers to support their health goals
- Partner with physicians and the clinical team to coordinate quality care
- Complete timely, accurate documentation, including OASIS
What You Bring
- Active Florida RN license (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience (Required)
- 1+ year of Home Health experience
- 1+ year of OASIS documentation experience
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
