Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and help scale world-class talent across both technical and non-technical functions.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and job description creation to interviewing and offer management. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about building scalable recruiting processes enhanced by AI-driven tools and automation.
ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Create and refine compelling job descriptions aligned with business goals and company culture.
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver a seamless, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
- Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and candidate negotiations aligned with company guidelines.
- Track and maintain accurate recruitment data within ATS platforms and hiring systems.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve hiring quality.
- Implement and leverage AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and process optimization initiatives to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruitment analytics.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics and pipeline performance to leadership teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations roles.
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Previous experience working in startup or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for fintech, payments, or technology companies is highly preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Lattice, Slack, or similar tools.
- Experience implementing or leveraging AI solutions and automation within recruiting or HR processes is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Experience recruiting for US-based companies or hiring within the US market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications or additional training in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or People Analytics are a plus.
