Job Description
Campers Inn RV is looking for a Brand Manager to own campaign strategy across our 50+ dealership network. This role builds and manages the campaign calendar, sets messaging and positioning, and partners directly with Sales, Performance, Creative, Lifecycle, and Events to drive results.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Owns the 90-day rolling campaign calendar, tied to inventory, sales goals, seasonal moments, and event strategy
- Develops messaging, offers, and positioning, and eliminates conflicting promotions across the 50+ store network
- Partners bi-weekly with National Sales Directors
- Provides cross-functional direction to Performance, Creative, Lifecycle, and Events on campaign execution
- Owns end-to-end campaign success, including brief, execution, and measurable result
- Uses campaign and channel data to adjust strategy, messaging, spend, and creative direction
- Translates brand research into actionable campaign plans
- Uses AI tools to research competitors, identify best practices, and pattern-spot across markets
- Holds shared accountability for sales goals, cost per sale, expense ratio, and same-store market share
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing strategy or brand management
- Proven end-to-end campaign ownership, from inventory insight to creative direction to performance review
- Demonstrated history of using campaign and channel data to adjust strategy, messaging, spend, and creative, with results to show for it
- Experience carrying shared sales goals or revenue accountability
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for research, competitive analysis, and identifying best practices
- Retail, automotive, RV, marine, or other inventory-driven category experience preferred

- Knowledge or ability to learn company computer systems and applications, including marketing analytics and AI tooling
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, which may include evenings and weekends
