This role is centered on building, refining, and maintaining high-quality financial models that support advanced analytical and AI-driven financial infrastructure. You will work in a highly structured, detail-oriented environment where precision, logic, and scalability are critical to success. The position involves designing end-to-end financial, forecasting, and KPI models that inform strategic decisions and support data-driven workflows. You will also play a key role in reviewing and improving models built by peers, ensuring consistency and accuracy across outputs. Working closely with international teams, you will help define modeling standards, documentation practices, and analytical frameworks. You will be responsible for developing, validating, and improving complex financial models while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability across analytical systems.
- Build end-to-end financial, forecasting, operating, and KPI models aligned with U.S. financial standards
- Develop scenario analyses, variance models, and structured financial frameworks to support decision-making
- Review and audit financial models built by other analysts, identifying logic gaps and improving accuracy
- Ensure alignment with accounting principles such as U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and cash flow modeling
- Improve and maintain modeling templates, documentation, and best practice frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, methodologies, and modeling standards
- Provide analytical support and structured feedback to improve overall modeling quality and consistency
You bring strong hands-on experience in financial modeling, with the ability to work independently in highly analytical and structured environments.
- 3–7+ years of experience in financial modeling, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, cash vs. accrual accounting, and financial forecasting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience building, auditing, and improving large-scale financial models
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into structured financial insights
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Background in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or financial consulting is highly valued
- Fully remote work from Latin America
