Job Description

Senior Partner Operations Analyst (13 month contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Operations Analyst (13 month contract) based in Canada.

This role sits at the heart of partner ecosystem operations, where data, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration come together to drive scalable growth. You will be responsible for transforming partner performance data into actionable insights that directly influence strategy, efficiency, and revenue outcomes. Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will help refine and streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle operations. The position requires strong analytical capability combined with a deep understanding of operational systems and partner programs. You will also play a key role in improving tools, workflows, and reporting frameworks across the organization. By connecting systems such as CRM, PRM, and BI platforms, you will ensure clean, reliable, and decision-ready data. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and action.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze partner performance metrics such as ARR, activation, retention, and engagement to identify trends and generate actionable business insights.
  • Optimize partner operations by improving onboarding, enablement, and support workflows to increase scalability, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
  • Own and enhance core systems including CRM (Salesforce), PRM platforms, and BI tools to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Product, and Deployment teams to support partner lifecycle management.
  • Design and implement automation and workflow improvements, including Google Workspace integrations and scripting solutions where applicable.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance narratives that translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback loops by capturing partner insights and relaying them to internal teams for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, or analytical roles within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with hands-on experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and partner lifecycle tools like MindMatrix or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, document, and improve scalable business processes using tools such as Confluence, Notion, or Lucidchart.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building automation solutions, ideally using Google Apps Script or similar tools across SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, analysis, and workflow optimization is a strong advantage.
  • Nice to have: experience with PRM implementation, SaaS channel programs, or cross-system data integration initiatives.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks for SaaS operations roles.
  • Flexible remote work environment within Canada.
  • Monthly wellness reimbursement supporting fitness, mental health, or personal wellbeing initiatives.
  • Opportunities for professional growth based on impact, ownership, and performance.
  • Collaborative and transparent culture focused on clarity, trust, and execution excellence.
  • Exposure to high-impact partner programs and strategic operational initiatives in a fast-scaling SaaS company.
