This role is centered on transforming complex consumer, retail, and market data into clear, actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work in a data-driven environment where analysis directly influences marketing effectiveness, brand performance, and business growth strategies. The position involves deep engagement with large datasets, identifying trends, and translating numbers into meaningful narratives for stakeholders. You will collaborate with international, English-speaking teams in a fully remote setup, contributing to recurring reporting cycles as well as ad-hoc analytical projects. The environment values curiosity, precision, and strong analytical thinking, with a strong emphasis on clarity in communication and business impact. - Analyze consumer, retail, and market research datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Calculate and interpret key performance metrics such as market share, brand awareness, penetration, and purchasing behavior.
- Build, maintain, and update recurring reports, dashboards, and data trackers to support business decision-making.
- Create clear visualizations, summaries, and presentations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Validate data accuracy, review calculations, and ensure consistency across reports and datasets.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in English-speaking environments to support reporting and analysis needs.
- 1+ year of experience in market research, data analysis, business analytics, consumer insights, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for collaboration with global teams.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested formulas, and large dataset handling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and generate meaningful insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience working with consumer, retail, or market research datasets is a plus.
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, or executive-level insight presentations is highly desirable.
