This role is focused on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work in a data-driven environment, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft data ecosystem. The position requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to translate business needs into intuitive data visualizations and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance across reporting solutions. The role also involves working with modern data platforms such as Azure and Fabric, contributing to scalable analytics architectures. - Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Build and manage data models using Power Query, DAX, and M language to ensure efficient and scalable analytics solutions.
- Work with SQL and relational databases to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Support ETL/ELT processes and contribute to the development of reliable data pipelines and data warehouse structures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive data visualizations and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting environments, including Power BI Service and Gateway.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability, storytelling, and clarity in data visualization.
- Work within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric environments.
- Fluent English (mandatory), with strong communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
- Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and Gateway.
- Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, and M language for data modeling and transformation.
- Solid experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse) or Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong ability to design dashboards with a focus on UX/UI and data storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in international and cross-functional environments.
