Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm, professional, and friendly first impression.

- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and belongings during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.

- Transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated locations within the property and surrounding areas.

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicles and assist with routine vehicle inspections.

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.

- Support other guest service functions as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or transportation preferred.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage and standing for extended periods.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Licensing Requirements

A valid-state issued Class C Driver’s License. Have proof of safe driving record as indicated by Motor Vehicle Record.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
