  • Monitor completion and compliance of annual inventory count completeness, post-inventory recaps, and other required inventory documentation.
  • Manage the IWO schedule and communicate inventory date changes to Store Support; track acquisitions, new locations, and closed stores to ensure appropriate inventory reconciliation scheduling.

  • Experience supporting inventory processes, financial reconciliation, audit inquiries, and cross-functional operational programs is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory controls, reconciliation practices, compliance monitoring, and risk identification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research data discrepancies, validate results, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Store Support, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and leadership.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring schedules, reporting deadlines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
