Responsibilities

• Perform factory maintenance services, oil and filter changes, and multi-point inspections
• Complete battery and charging-system repairs, brake services, and tire-related services
• Replace filters, wipers, bulbs, and other maintenance items
• Complete recall and campaign repairs when eligible for Mobile Service
• Perform diagnostic and light mechanical repairs, including Ford software/programming procedures when applicable
• Document repair orders accurately and maintain a clean, professional Mobile Service vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers and dealership staff to ensure a smooth service experience

Key Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience required
• Ford experience preferred; qualified technicians from other manufacturers will be considered
• Ford certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments
• Commitment to quality, safety, and fixing vehicles right the first time
• Willingness to complete Ford training and certification requirements
