Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Outpatient – RWJBarnabas Health

A typical day for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker may include:

• Provide psychotherapy services to mental health consumers in the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Center, including those who have suffered a pregnancy loss
• Conduct new patient evaluations and provide ongoing individual therapy
• Facilitate group therapy and/or support groups as needed
• Works in collaboration with APN and PMAD team regarding patient treatment
• Prepares and maintains records and reports regarding patient treatment and progress as required by regulatory standards and organizational policy

To be considered for this Licensed Clinical Social Worker opportunity:

• This part-time, 20-hours a week position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am - 4:30pm, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining a work-life balance.
• A Master's Degree in Social Work and a current New Jersey LCSW license is required
• PMH-C Certification is preferred or must be obtained within 2 years of employment
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy practice is required
• 6 months of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
