Build a Career Driving Specialized Loads
Prestress Transportation, LLC delivers precast and prestressed concrete using specialized equipment capable of hauling legal loads up to 80,000 lbs. and superloads exceeding 300,000 lbs. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL driver who takes pride in professional delivery, equipment care, and customer service.

What You Will Do

• Deliver precast and prestressed concrete loads safely and professionally

• Assist with loading trucks and unloading at jobsites, including night sets

• Deliver ship-loose materials

• Scout or serve as scout on smaller bridge beam projects, based on experience

• Assist with truck and trailer maintenance

• Escort loads when needed

Pay, Bonuses & Incentives

• Base pay & overtime
  • Current hourly base rate. Overtime is 1.5x the base rate after the first 8 hours of a scheduled shift and/or 40 straight-time hours in the pay period. Premium Pay hours are excluded from overtime.

CDL haul incentives

• 5-8 axles: +$6/hour. Heavy haul,
• 9-13 axles: +$13/hour. Superload,
• 15-19 axles:+$23/hour.
• Base wage and applicable overtime also apply.

Overnight travel

All required hotels are covered by the company, plus a $160 per diem incentive for a qualifying single-night stay ($55 untaxed and $105 taxed), subject to PST policy.
Sign-on bonus

• $1,000 after 60 days.

Monthly incentive Up to $400 per qualifying month

• Safety & Motive Score up to $200.

Annual incentives

• $1,000 for perfect attendance
• Up to $1,000 for companywide quality
• $1,000 for the highest qualifying Safety & Motive Score.

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license and Class A CDL
  • Double & Triple axel endorsements preferred

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)

Schedule
The standard shift is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, unless otherwise scheduled by PST management. The role may include overnight travel, night sets, and schedule changes based on delivery needs.
