Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging digital content including graphics, videos, reels and campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars, community engagement and performance reporting.
- Monitor comments, reviews, direct messages and online conversations.
- Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Content Creation & Communications
- Write, edit and publish website content, blogs, newsletters and community updates.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and member communications.
- Produce and manage recurring publications and digital content initiatives.
- Develop editorial calendars and creative concepts that support organizational goals.
- Help coordinate photography, videography and storytelling efforts for events and programs.
Website & Digital Platform Management
- Maintain website content, landing pages, registration forms and digital resources.
- Manage and optimize various digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Update online community resources, event information and member-facing content.
- Assist with website troubleshooting, integrations and user experience improvements.
Graphic Design & Creative Services
- Design marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations and event signage.
- Create digital assets for websites, newsletters, social media and community initiatives.
- Support brand standards through the development and maintenance of creative materials.
Event Marketing & Community Engagement
- Execute marketing support for community events, campaigns and special initiatives.
- Create promotional materials, attendee communications and event webpages.
- On occasion, capture and produce event photography and video content.
- Represent the Las Colinas Association at community events and partner activations.
Project Management & Operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, sponsors and community partners.
- Maintain organized digital assets, marketing materials and project documentation.
- Assist with departmental planning, reporting and operational support.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard graphic design tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
- Solid project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience creating content across various digital channels, including websites, email marketing and social media.
- Experience with website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with photography, videography and video editing.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and analytics reporting.
- Familiarity with community-based marketing, event promotion or nonprofit organizations.
- Experience managing multiple digital platforms and marketing technologies.
