Key Responsibilities:
- Succession Planning
- Implement and maintain the global succession planning framework to meet current & future business needs
- Lead the U.S. succession process, including the reviewing & updating of plans, facilitation of talent reviews, and creation of development plans
- Leadership Development
- Design and develop global leadership development programs and learning content (e.g., workshops, toolkits, e-learning, guides)
- Coach and support leaders in applying talent and performance practices within their teams
- Facilitate workshops, sessions, and discussions with leaders and HR teams globally
- Embed leadership expectations and behaviors into talent and performance processes
- Performance Development
- Support the design and execution of performance development cycles, ensuring consistency and quality across regions
- Review and benchmark best practices for annual performance development programs, ratings, and check-in processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to understand talent needs and translate into practical solutions
- Design and deliver clear, effective & engaging communications tailored to different audiences
- Drive a High-Performance Culture
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and development
- Apply change-management practices to drive buy-in and adoption of new initiatives and changes

Required Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 10+ years' experience leading HR/talent projects with demonstrated track record of driving results
- Extensive experience designing & implementing enterprise talent programs & strategies, including leadership development, succession planning & performance management
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-organized, hands-on subject matter expert who thrives in a fast-paced, "roll-up their sleeves" environment
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, communication, and informed decision-making skills
- Proven ability to interpret business needs and translate into a coherent program of work
- Knowledge of instructing methods such as classroom training, simulations, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, workshops, and online learning tools
- Ability to tailor approaches to nuances of global business with operations in multiple countries
- Proficiency with instructional design tools & applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with Human Capital Management Systems (SuccessFactors , Oracle, Peoplesoft) or related systems, including succession & performance modules
- Organizational development experience
