Busser in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs is seeking Bussers to help maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations across all restaurants and service areas. This role is essential in supporting our front-of-house team and ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clear dining tables of used china, glassware, silverware, and other service items
• Transport dirty items to designated cleaning and dish stations
• Assist servers and bartenders in maintaining stocked, clean, and organized service areas
• Help keep dining areas safe, clean, and free of debris throughout service
• Support overall restaurant operations as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Basic understanding of sanitation practices, safety guidelines, and proper equipment use
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
