Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all personnel, visitors, and property.Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.Control entry to the premises, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, and take appropriate action as needed.Identify and report irregularities, enforce site-specific rules, and manage incidents involving trespassing or unauthorized access.Prepare thorough and accurate reports detailing observations, interviews, and incidents.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Valid Florida Class D Security License.Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation.Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both written and verbal communication.Smartphone for communication and digital reporting.Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting systems.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with willingness to work overtime when needed.
