Job Summary:
The Unarmed Security Officer - D is responsible for maintaining a secure, safe, and welcoming environment by conducting surveillance, enforcing access control, providing customer service, and responding to incidents and emergencies. Officers in this role must be vigilant, professional, and capable of managing conflict while documenting incidents accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patrolling and Surveillance
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter criminal activity, monitor for safety hazards, and observe individuals for suspicious behavior. Operate surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms) to enhance situational awareness.
2. Access Control and Screening
Enforce access control procedures at entry points by checking credentials, verifying authorization, and conducting bag checks as needed to prevent unauthorized entry.
3. Customer Service and Conflict Resolution
Provide assistance to visitors, customers, and employees by answering questions, giving directions, and maintaining a helpful, professional demeanor. Use de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts on-site.
4. Emergency Response and First Aid
Respond promptly to incidents such as medical emergencies, fires, or threats. Support evacuation procedures and assist emergency responders. Provide first aid or CPR if certified.
5. Reporting and Documentation
Document incidents, suspicious activities, and hazards through clear, detailed reports. Maintain security logs in accordance with company protocols.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
o Minimum 1 year in Security Operations
