About the role
This full-time onsite role based in St. Louis, Missouri is for a Staff Pharmacist I. In this role, you will support day-to-day pharmacy operations while helping deliver a seamless and exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, providers, and customer support teams to ensure prescriptions are processed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include prescription verification, patient counseling, inventory management,
patient communication, and supporting fulfillment and shipping workflows in a fast-paced
pharmacy environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, collaboration,
and a patient-first mindset.
What you'll do

- Process prescriptions quickly, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and pharmacy regulations.
- Record and review patient medication histories while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to support prescription intake, data entry, dispensing, verification, packaging, and shipping workflows.
- Counsel patients and collaborate with providers to improve patient care and medication outcomes.
- Assist with answering inbound calls, patient messaging, and outreach efforts as needed.
- Support inventory management activities and help maintain operational efficiency within the pharmacy.
- Partner with customer support teams to continuously improve prescription fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Adapt to evolving workflows and support operational needs as the business continues to grow.
Schedule Expectations
- This is a full-time onsite position based in St. Louis, Missouri.
- Pharmacy operating hours may range between 8am and 8pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 6:30pm on Saturdays.
- Team members will be scheduled for shifts within operating hours based on business and operational needs, with required Saturday shift rotation.
- Sunday availability may be required in the future based on business needs.
- Schedules and shift expectations may change as the business continues to grow and evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Ability to accurately verify and process prescriptions in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across pharmacy, clinical, and operational teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
