This role is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting position responsible for building the talent foundation of a fast-scaling, performance-driven organization. You will own the entire hiring lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and outreach to closing offers and managing candidate experience end to end. The position requires a strong ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets, particularly across marketing, strategy, operations, and digital functions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping role definitions, improving selection processes, and ensuring hiring decisions align with business growth needs. Operating as the sole recruiter, you will manage multiple concurrent roles while maintaining precision, speed, and pipeline visibility. This is a fully remote environment that values autonomy, ownership, and continuous improvement in recruiting systems and practices.
- Own full-cycle recruitment across all roles, managing the entire process from intake and sourcing strategy to interviews, offer negotiation, and successful hires across multiple departments.
- Proactively source passive candidates, build long-term talent pipelines, and develop tailored sourcing strategies rather than relying on inbound applications.
- Conduct screening interviews, coordinate hiring stages, and ensure strong candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements, challenge unrealistic expectations, and optimize interview processes for efficiency and quality.
- Manage and optimize the ATS (such as Ashby), ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, structured workflows, and reliable recruiting data.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve funnel performance, and proactively flag hiring risks.
- Proven experience in senior, full-cycle recruiting, ideally within fast-paced agencies, SaaS, or high-growth environments managing multiple concurrent roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates using proactive and research-driven methods.
- Experience closing candidates, including compensation negotiation, counteroffer management, and candidate re-engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, including pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently manage senior-level candidate conversations and stakeholder alignment.
- High level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities without loss of quality.
