This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys complexity, data-driven decision-making, and multi-market coordination in a dynamic international environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of destinations, ensuring each market operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and follows standardized operational guidelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across multiple markets using dashboards and alert systems, intervening only when thresholds or anomalies are detected.
  • Analyze market conditions, including pricing, competition, and local trends, and translate insights into structured feedback for central teams.
  • Engage with local driver communities to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support ambassador development.
  • Execute standardized operational initiatives such as incentive programs, engagement campaigns, and performance improvement playbooks across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards across all destinations and escalate operational issues or risks when needed.
  • Collaborate with BI and Product teams to enhance automation, reporting systems, and scalable operational workflows.
  • Identify cross-market trends and patterns, providing strategic escalation and recommendations to improve overall portfolio performance.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, marketplace management, or similar data-driven operational roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and exception-based monitoring systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring smooth performance across 30+ markets.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments with incomplete information.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Dynamic, vibrant, and international work environment
  • Flexible remote work policy
  • Access to necessary tools and resources to perform effectively
  • Learning and development budget for continuous professional growth
  • Additional 4 days of paid time off annually
  • Opportunity to join a fast-scaling global travel-tech company at a key growth stage
  • Exposure to multi-market operations and high-impact strategic initiatives
