This role is focused on ensuring strong product visibility and execution at the point of sale across retail stores. You will be responsible for driving in-store activations, optimizing shelf presence, and ensuring products are displayed according to planograms and brand guidelines. Acting as a key field representative, you will support sales performance by identifying opportunities to improve exposure, stock availability, and promotional execution. The position involves frequent store visits following a defined route plan, combining operational discipline with commercial awareness. You will also play an important role in implementing promotional campaigns and ensuring excellent execution of merchandising materials. This is a hands-on, field-based role where attention to detail directly impacts brand performance and sales results.
- Visit retail stores according to a structured route plan, ensuring consistent execution of merchandising standards.
- Ensure correct product exposure at the point of sale, following planograms and brand guidelines.
- Monitor shelf availability, stock levels, assortment, and pricing accuracy.
- Set up and optimize promotional materials, campaigns, and secondary displays in-store.
- Identify and secure the best product placement opportunities to maximize visibility and sales.
- Support in-store promotional activations and ensure strong execution of marketing initiatives.
- Perform basic administrative and reporting tasks related to store visits and performance tracking.
- Act as a brand representative in the field, strengthening relationships with store teams.
- Previous experience in merchandising, sales promotion, or retail field operations (preferred).
- High school diploma completed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven profile with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow route planning.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tools such as WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Logical thinking and basic numerical skills for stock and display control.
