Job Description

Administrative & Health Informatics Coordinator

General Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the Youth Services division and responsible for the Electronic Health Record System (Qualifacts) ongoing education, work flow processes, execution of updates including development of training and education and work flow changes.
  • Acts as primary contact for all internal users for the Electronic Health Record System as well as other key technology systems that impact the DCFCM operations for work flow processes, implementation, problem solving, and user education.
Education/Training: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree Health Administration, Health Informatics, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in information technology, human services and healthcare experience preferred.
ADA: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
