What You'll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for families, referral partners, and professionals seeking treatment services
- Build trust and rapport with prospective clients, families, and referral sources while guiding them through the admissions process
- Conduct admission screenings and determine client eligibility through collaboration with clinical staff
- Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements with families and guarantors
- Coordinate all aspects of the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition into treatment
- Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners and strengthen professional relationships
- Track referrals and admissions activity utilizing CRM systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, business development, utilization review, and administrative teams
- Identify and resolve barriers that may prevent clients from accessing treatment
- Schedule intake appointments and complete required admission documentation
- Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources to support successful placement into services
- Contribute ideas that improve admission processes, referral development, and client experience
- Represent Clearfork Academy professionally within the behavioral health community

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, intake coordination, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare services preferred
- LCDC, LPC, or other qualified behavioral health credential preferred
- Experience working with adolescents, young adults, substance use disorders, or mental health services preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively engage families, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
- Experience verifying insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, electronic health records, and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of behavioral health treatment services and admission processes preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining excellent judgment
