Job Description

Dynamics 365 Practice Lead (CE)

Dynamics 365 Practice Lead (CE)Remote | Unlimited Holiday | Lead a D365 CE practice that delivers value and fuels growth
Infinity Group are a innovative Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner based in the UK. We excel in providing award-winning IT Support, Digital Transformation, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultancy services.

With a robust team of over 180 professionals, we operate from offices in Tunbridge Wells and London Paddington. Our exceptional work has earned us the prestigious title of Microsoft Partner of the Year for Dynamics Business Central.

We are dedicated to fostering a more productive and secure work environment for organizations utilizing Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

Guided by core values of empathy, creativity, ambition, authenticity, and confidence, we celebrate diversity and strive to create a supportive and innovative work environment.

We are committed to the well-being and growth of our employees, and we prioritize continuous learning and development through fully funded training programs.

Our focus on people, expertise, and commitment to excellence underscores our mission to make a positive impact in the tech industry.
Why this role matters:
This role exists to turn Dynamics 365 CE into a consistent, high-impact revenue and delivery engine for the business. You’ll lead the practice - aligning people, capability, and delivery standards - so projects land well, customers see value quickly, and the business grows sustainably.

You sit at the centre of delivery, sales, and capability - ensuring the team is productive, solutions are right, and the practice is set up to scale.
What youll be doing
Practice performance & growth
  • Own utilisation, forecasting, and capacity planning — ensuring the practice is commercially healthy
    and ready to scale
Delivery quality & standards
  • Set and uphold delivery standards so every solution is high quality, supportable, and aligned to best
    practice
Team leadership & development
  • Build a strong, engaged team through hiring, coaching, and clear development pathways
Solution leadership & governance
  • Guide approach and decision-making across projects, ensuring solutions solve real business
problems and stand the test of time
Pre-sales & commercial support
  • Partner with sales to shape solutions, improve estimate accuracy, and strengthen deal confidence
Collaboration across the business
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and managed services to create a joined-up customer experience
The kind of problems youll solve
  • Delivery quality varies across projects and needs tightening without slowing teams down
  • Sales opportunities need stronger solution shaping and realistic effort estimates
  • Resource demand spikes, but capability and capacity aren’t aligned early enough
  • Consultants are busy, but not always working on the highest-value work
  • Customers are live, but solutions aren’t always easy to support or evolve
  • Knowledge sits in silos instead of being shared across the practice
  • The team needs clearer direction, coaching, and progression to stay engaged
  • The business wants to scale CE, but lacks a consistent delivery model to build on
What sets you apart
  • You think in outcomes, not just delivery - focusing on business impact over activity
  • You balance commercial awareness with technical credibility
  • You bring structure and standards, without creating unnecessary process
  • You naturally connect teams and break down silos
  • You challenge constructively and raise the bar on quality
  • You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
  • You develop people, not just manage them
  • You spot problems early and act before they become delivery risks
Your impact:
On the business:
  • A scalable, predictable CE practice that drives revenue, improves margins, and strengthens market
    credibility
On customers:
  • Solutions that genuinely solve problems, deliver value quickly, and are easy to support and extend
On the team:
  • A high-performing, engaged practice where people grow, contribute, and take pride in the work they
    deliver
What its like here
  • Ambitious, but not political
  • Collaborative, but with high standards
  • People who care about doing things properly — not just getting them out the door
We’ve built a culture where:
  • Architects have real ownership and influence
  • Good ideas win (regardless of role or tenure)
  • You’re trusted to solve problems, not micromanaged
What you get:
  • Unlimited annual leave
  • Private healthcare, life assurance, company shares
  • Electric car scheme
  • Flexible/remote working (with access to Tunbridge Wells & Paddington offices)
  • Company & team socials, including our annual Illuminate Awards
