This role combines brand strategy, digital design, and cultural awareness to create engaging experiences for global crypto-native communities.
You will lead the development of compelling visual assets across social platforms, websites, campaigns, and industry events.
The ideal candidate understands fast-moving digital trends, meme culture, and the unique communication style of Web3 audiences.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, community, and external creative partners to deliver impactful designs at scale.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing a strong visual strategy while ensuring consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant brand communication across all channels.

• Evolve and strengthen the brand’s visual identity in collaboration with marketing leadership, balancing established guidelines with creative experimentation.
• Create high-quality digital assets for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, events, and community initiatives that connect with Web3 audiences.
• Design content optimized for crypto-native platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, understanding the behaviors and preferences of these communities.
• Develop engaging visuals inspired by current trends, memes, and digital culture while maintaining brand authenticity and professionalism.
• Monitor emerging design, technology, and Web3 trends to quickly adapt creative strategies and deliver relevant content.
• Build efficient creative workflows, manage design projects, and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems to support global growth.
• Lead visual design efforts for conferences, industry events, and community-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to ensure a consistent design language across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate combines advanced graphic design expertise with a strong understanding of digital communities, emerging technologies, and fast-paced creative environments.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design leadership, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design expertise.
• Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, crypto, technology, or other innovative digital industries is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of crypto-native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter (CT).
• Strong proficiency with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative software.
• Ability to produce high-quality design assets quickly while adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and organized asset libraries.
• Proven ability to manage creative workflows and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and accessible designs.
