Our menu offers an extensive selection of fresh quality meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables for Hot Pot and BBQ experience.Role OverviewA food runner helps the wait staff improve the dining experience for customers. They play a crucial part in a restaurant, performing a range of duties including assisting guests with orders, running out foods to the guests table, and retrieving empty plates on their way back.Responsibilities & Duties● Primary job functions include loading food onto the runner’s cart, double checking orders, running food out from kitchen to customer, making sure customers receive accurate food● Menu knowledge should be extensive. Awareness and ability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items, if asked by a guest● Attention to detail and organization skills to ensure the correct food orders are matched to the correct guest● Cleaning and refilling all food plates, bowls, and utensils● Ability to lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs.
