- Assess participant engagement, comprehension, knowledge retention, and opportunities for practical application.
- Identify areas where the training may be unclear, repetitive, incomplete, overly theoretical, or difficult for new employees to retain.
- Evaluate the balance between classroom instruction, demonstrations, role-playing, practice, coaching, and assessments.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen sales skills development and readiness for production.

The consultant will also conduct a final presentation with management to discuss findings and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced training professional who understands both how adults learn and how successful sales professionals are developed. This individual should be able to go beyond reviewing training materials and evaluate what actually happens in the classroom, how participants experience the program, what they retain, and whether the training adequately prepares them to perform successfully in a real sales environment.
This is a short-term consulting assignment focused on providing an independent and objective assessment of our current sales training program.
