Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant: Neurology
Compensation: $122K - $153K
Saratoga Hospital Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology practice. This full-time outpatient opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced board-certified Neurologists supported by a dedicated clinical team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:
- Performing patient evaluations, obtaining medical histories, and conducting physical examinations
- Developing differential diagnoses and evidence-based treatment plans
- Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic studies
- Prescribing and managing medications and other therapeutic interventions
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as appropriate
- Coordinating care with specialists, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing patient and family education
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and departmental projects
- Maintaining current clinical knowledge, licensure, certifications, and professional documentation
Qualifications
- Current New York State licensure or eligibility as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- One to two years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in Neurology or a related specialty
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
