This role is centered on engaging with customers who are transferred via inbound calls and guiding them through the purchase of vacation packages and travel membership offerings. You will act as a trusted sales representative, combining strong communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach to convert interest into bookings. Working in a performance-driven environment, you will help customers explore premium vacation experiences across a wide range of destinations while achieving ambitious sales targets. The position offers a remote-first setup (with location restrictions) and requires adaptability to a structured schedule and high-volume call flow. You will be expected to deliver exceptional service while confidently handling objections and explaining product details clearly. This is a high-energy sales role where performance directly translates into earnings and success.
- Handle inbound and transferred calls from customers interested in vacation packages and travel membership products.
- Promote and sell vacation offers across multiple destinations, including Hawaii, Florida, California, and more.
- Clearly explain pricing, terms, eligibility criteria, and package details to prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and determine qualification for timeshare or vacation ownership offerings.
- Manage objections effectively while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and strengthen brand trust.
- Achieve or exceed performance targets in a commission-driven, goal-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in required systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Sales-oriented attitude with the ability to confidently close deals over the phone.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, call center, or marketing is highly valued.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with defined targets.

- Estimated yearly earning potential of $57,200 to $100,000+ including commission and bonuses.
