GTM Enablement Lead

This role is a high-impact opportunity to shape and scale go-to-market effectiveness within a fast-evolving AI-driven environment. You will be responsible for building the foundational enablement strategy that empowers sales, solutions, and customer-facing teams to successfully position and deliver advanced AI products. The position sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable learning and sales materials. You will design and operationalize onboarding programs, training frameworks, and knowledge systems that directly influence customer success and revenue growth. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role where you will build from the ground up, driving consistency, clarity, and scalability across global GTM teams. Accountabilities:

You will define and execute the enablement strategy that strengthens GTM execution, ensuring teams are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes required to succeed in a competitive AI market. You will play a central role in scaling training programs and enabling consistent messaging across customer-facing functions.

  • Design and lead the GTM enablement strategy, identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives that improve sales and customer success performance
  • Develop onboarding programs and continuous learning frameworks for sales, solutions, and technical teams
  • Create and maintain internal and external enablement materials, including product messaging, playbooks, and training content
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to translate product capabilities into clear, actionable GTM assets
  • Build scalable systems for managing, organizing, and distributing enablement content and knowledge resources
  • Own and manage regional training calendars, including product launches, process updates, and capability-building sessions
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to large, cross-functional audiences with clarity and executive presence
  • Continuously refine enablement programs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving business needs
Requirements:

You should bring strong experience in enablement, GTM operations, or related cross-functional roles within fast-scaling technology environments, ideally with exposure to AI or enterprise SaaS products. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structured programs from scratch.

  • Proven experience building GTM enablement programs or similar initiatives in high-growth environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and large audiences
  • Ability to translate technical and product concepts into clear, structured business messaging
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
  • High degree of autonomy, with comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, marketing, sales, and technical teams
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify gaps and build scalable solutions
